Norwell EDGE continued its strong start to the year when it won a prestigious Offshore Achievement Award at the annual Society of Petroleum Engineers event in Aberdeen last week.

Norwell's Co-founder, Mike Adams, collected the Young Professional 2019 award.

Commenting on his win, Mike said: "I'm delighted to have won at the SPE Offshore Achievement Awards. Thank you to the team at Norwell EDGE, Norwell Engineering, Korero, Axis Well Technology, mtc and Virtual College, in addition to all of our beta testers and early clients.

"We are by no means slowing down. Learning technology is continually changing and we are striving to be at the forefront. Delivering engaging technical training for the oil and gas sector in a way that is open, affordable and accessible across the industry."

The success at the Offshore Achievement Awards follows Mike's win last year at Pink Petro's GRIT awards. Norwell EDGE has also reached the finals in the Energy Institute Awards, East Africa Oil and Gas Awards and the Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE).
